Good evening, regarding my second to last order, a front inner tube for pitbike 2.50 x14, used for 2 outings, punctured, after disassembly it turns out that the valve was partially torn off, yet it was installed correctly! I received my package opened and the crankshaft was stuck.

After an outing, no more rear brake. The hose is not the same as the original. Disappointed..

Product conforms to the site just the piston block for 'dirt' does not fit in my dirt head.

The parts arrived somehow, the delivery service is to be deplored, a piece of advice, go through real delivery services... I went to pick up my package yesterday at the post office because they couldn't find my address, and even when we give them a post office to deliver the package, they get it wrong. It's pathetic

The sticker sheet does not match the original, the imitation is of very poor quality

Good product but I did not receive the NGK spark plug which was normally included in the pack

Had to pay €24 shipping on an order of €240. Shipping took 11 days! (to Belgium) and I got no answer to my question (A response will be provided within an average of 48 hours)

The site is simple and effective to use, however it is not the same regarding delivery, I did not receive the correct piston clips or the correct axle... I sent an email directly to which I received no response, and I reach your voicemail every time I call! Not professional at all!

Hello, on your site the handle is complete, I only received the lever, I went back on the day I received my parts and it was the same..... how should we proceed to get this complete handle....

The engine arrived well packaged but the gasket for the ignition cover was missing = Call from customer service = very friendly they sent me an email with a form to fill out = never heard back which is why the review is bad. (maybe it takes time (17 days) but other than that the engine was very well packaged) Second thing, remember to adjust the valves because they are not adjusted at all!!! As a YouTuber, many of my subscribers pointed this out and some had a problem with the engine because of that the valve(s) touched the piston!!! A little lack of seriousness on that side which doesn't bother me because I checked before installation... it would be normal for a new engine to be ready for use but oh well.... Hello, the order has arrived, but the carburetors were not adjusted... the bikes were choking when accelerating... they were supposed to be adjusted at the factory... I had to adjust the carburetors, for the uninitiated it's a manipulation that is not obvious... I am therefore disappointed

I bought 2 gunshot 125 I was well informed, I regret that the parts service cannot better inform us by phone to help us order the right parts for my ignition there is no more 6 coil plate disappointed ...... they could have told me that the flywheel would not fit (I had to tinker to adapt. well it's not expensive the bike runs well, and we can find parts for the moment...... it would be good that when you buy a bike from you, you could respond directly to requests for parts brake pads, ignition, clutch, brake lever, etc. for the said bike to accompany customer purchases.
