I received my wheel, the big problem is that the description mentioned a 190mm disc and I received a 220mm disc. I tried to call customer service for over 3 hours, no one ever answered me, so I ordered a 190mm disc. It's a shame that we can't reach customer service, so my discount on the wheel went to ordering a disc, so I'm a bit disappointed, especially since my son couldn't ride over the weekend.

CATASTROPHIC!! Explanation: order shipped in the name of the relay point, so returned to sender by them because they did not know who it was for; After calling, I was told no shipment before the return of the package to see where the problem is (WHY NOT), by the way, I am still waiting for the photo.
