Received the front wheel warped with defective bearings

Good as usual but this time!!!

I didn't really like this order because the front wheel disc was full of rust and a screw was stripped.

I placed an urgent order on Saturday with a 24 to 48-hour delivery. The parts arrived 6 days later, I lost a lot of clients for my business due to the non-respected delivery time. Otherwise, great products!

Fast delivery. However, the front wheel arrived scratched, as well as slight scratches in several places (minimal but still). Fortunately, I am a mechanic to make a carburetor adjustment.

Hello, I ordered my new tire and my inner tube as well as my wheel axle everything was okay except that when unpacking the inner tube it was punctured so it was impossible to mount my tire on my motorcycle.

problem with the lower T, it cracked so I no longer ride my motorcycle. The torque was good (not too tight and mounted with medium loctite) and I couldn't find how to make a warranty request.

I had never had any issues with my previous orders, but for this one, the exhaust pipe I ordered does not fit into the cartridge I ordered previously. The response from the claims service told me that it needed to be sanded to fit. I am left with a new pot to sand that will rust quickly and a cartridge that barely holds because I can't sand the pot any more...

The product was well packaged, fast delivery but the product is of poor quality.

Hello, I placed the order on 28/08, processed on 30/08 as it was a Saturday. On 31/08 I received the order at the parcel relay (Chronopost) in express delivery, I ordered a 14" rear wheel and I received a 17" front wheel. I called customer service and it’s not their fault!! and to have the correct wheel sent back is a whole hassle.... Anyway, I explained to them that I needed it quickly because my son had a contest that weekend. And I received the wheel on 06/09, so after the weekend with an express shipment sent on 03/09, and in what condition they didn’t send it to the relay point as requested and the delivery person threw it over the gate and then my dog took care of it... And the icing on the cake is that they certified express delivery so on Saturday 04/09 (stated on the site as express before 1 PM) Let’s just say my son was thrilled with his weekend. PS: at customer service no way to speak to a manager, the response they gave me was "he will tell you the same as us" Very bad experience.

Fast delivery and serious packaging. Too bad about the poor quality of the products I received... I am disappointed about that.

YCF parts ordered, fuel cap that does not screw on and level caps too!!

The clutch I bought does not work on the dirt 125 for which it is sold. Chinese parts with very random dimensions and poor casting, I don’t think I will order from this site again.

The assembly sheet for the quad is not in French, there is no bulb at the front but just the glass and it is indeed a manual starter and not electric. The keys are only to allow you to start as a safety. The quad is louder than a lawn mower. The brakes are difficult to adjust so too stiff for my son. Positive point it is super beautiful, suitable for my 4-year-old child's size.

The ignition received does not correspond at all to the photo that was proposed at the order received an ignition with a 1-pin connection while I ordered an ignition with terminals for each wire waiting for the refund having ordered an ignition elsewhere if a gesture is made I will order other parts from this supplier.

Order on time but package poorly wrapped and mishandled as the fork tines of the dirt bike were damaged upon receipt, surely shocked during transport given the state of the box. Very disappointed for new material. Also difficult to understand why you provide a handlebar foam without anything to fix it and this seems normal...

Hello, I ordered a radiator and received no fixings with it!!

No follow-up from customer service, obviously it is not your fault for the delay but at least the minimum is to inform your customers.

Order placed on April 18, arrived on June 28. No tracking email, had to follow up to know where this order was. No commercial gesture was made. Paid 49.99€ outrageous.

I ordered a green motorcycle, I received a red one.

They sent me the wrong diameter on the chain kit.

The spoke covers have nothing to do with those in the photo. I have to return them at my expense to get a refund. At a time when all sites offer free returns.....

Fast delivery, interesting price but mediocre quality. Installation in place very easy but the engine smokes a lot as soon as it reaches temperature. The after-sales service only communicates by email (not very practical or responsive) I called directly and was told that communication could only be done by email, yet when I called to buy my engine, they took the time to explain and advise me..... First and last time for me on this site. I keep my engine and my bitterness.

Really disappointed, order made for an iPhone mat, not at all the same model represented on the site, not the same dimensions listed on the site. And all that the after-sales service responds to me since I wrote to them to tell them that the information on their site is incorrect is a "return it" so no, I am sorry, an apology would be nice to start with, and then I ordered two mats, so a commercial gesture would have been more appropriate and that the customer may not have to find another package and return it, especially for dimensions like that. After several orders placed with them, the customer service has disappointed me. The mat itself is of good quality but not the one requested.

Premium delivery arrived with a 1-week delay, unacceptable, the delivery cost more than the air filter to have it exactly 11 days later.

I ordered a 125 cc piston and received an oil filter instead.
