Very good for the purchase and the questions before the purchase with Minimx, however the company Schenker that does the delivery is absolutely terrible!!! Delivery date choice not respected even though confirmed by email. No call before arrival. MiniMx's image is tarnished by the delivery person, it's a shame. I would prefer to pay more for delivery but have good service.

Honestly, I am super happy with my purchase at Mini MX! I had several questions before ordering and the people I spoke to on the phone were really lovely, attentive, and very responsive. It's nice to have a real customer service. Upon receipt, I was blown away by the packaging. The motorcycle was really very well protected, impossible for it to get damaged during transport. The assembly went quite well. The only small downside is the manual, which I found a bit complicated to understand. But once the motorcycle was assembled, it was definitely worth it! My daughter is completely a fan, she loves it! The motorcycle is beautiful and works super well. I recommend Mini MX with my eyes closed. Thank you again to the whole team!
