The delivery was impeccable. Assembling the bike should not be done alone, too much hassle. No instruction manual for assembling the dirt BIG S 150 cc. The bike starts, but only with the choke, otherwise once the choke is removed, the bike stalls, so in the end, we have to do some mechanics by adjusting the carburetor, a bit annoying, especially coming out of the factory when it should be done. I will see once this damn adjustment is done. Otherwise, the bike has a nice sound.

Not really satisfied, I ordered a crz fury 49cc at the beginning of November, I was told it would be there before the end of November, then at the end of November, I was contacted to say that it might not be there before Christmas..... So I decided to take the higher range in 60cc which is available in stock. I received the bike a few days later and it was not at all my order, it was an electric fury. After numerous mishaps, the right bike should arrive by the end of the week. There was no commercial gesture on their part or anything else, and coincidentally, the bike was at 600 euros and now that I ordered it, it goes down to 500. Well, too bad.

Overall, happy with my 150 CR Z, delivery time respected, the bike is great, the only small downside is that I had to take it to the garage for valve adjustments because the valves were at zero, no attempt to adjust was made before delivery.

Very good site, with a choice of correct prices, up-to-date stock. You can order with the greatest confidence. The only downside for me, before an order placed on 22/11, I called and was told that the price would not be better on 29/11. Transparency was lacking, it's a shame. I would have liked to benefit from the 10 or 5% but that was not the case, too bad for me.

Not a great buying experience. Error on the price of the bike I ordered. Instead of admitting their mistake, they asked me to pay the difference... that's not how business works. In the end, I took something else, container blocked by customs. Guys, if it's not in stock, don't sell it. It just causes dissatisfaction. Otherwise, responsive customer service, at least that's good.

The package arrived quickly but in not great condition. I wanted to refuse it but was afraid of having nothing to give my son for Christmas, so I accepted... The box was damaged, torn in several places, screws rolling around in the box, and the parts already scratched. Well, the scratches are not a big deal, but I'm afraid of having surprises during assembly, I haven't had time yet. Otherwise, the bike appears to match the site.

Hello, despite a big delay in delivery due to customs (which we do not thank of course) customer service is attentive, responsive and in my case offered me an alternative solution (which I did not accept) I appreciated the attention. Following the customs clearance, delivery was quick, they really did their best to ensure we were delivered quickly.

Fuel filter received slightly rusty and clogged, the fuel does not flow through it. As for the swingarm protection, it does not fit my bike, but that's my fault, I relied on the comments saying it would fit almost all bikes, but it clearly says almost not all.

Fast delivery, received in a week, nothing to complain about. Simple motorcycle to assemble, starts on the first try. For now, it is in break-in but it already sends heavy. Can't wait to really exploit it. That said, on the first outing in the woods, the inner tube punctured..

The 300cc supermotard motorcycle is nice to drive, it runs well. Be careful with the tightening of all the screws (fairing, wheel, shock absorber,...) and the motorcycle reaches the end of 5 very quickly so planning a crown with fewer teeth would not be too much (even with 2 people disappointed we reach top speed quickly so not very pleasant. Apart from that for the price what it costs we can't complain about it.

Good gear for the price but it needs to be seen in the long run. But honestly, a nice look well made. But I think it needs to clearly indicate the size of your hand. Fortunately, it's for my son because if it were for me the size would be too small. But good gear anyway. I give it a good 8 out of 10.

No issues with the order but the delivery... When you charge for delivery to be delivered in 24h/48h, you must respond to your service. Delivery received in 96h at a relay point and not at home as originally desired. No call, no message from the carrier who decided to reschedule the delivery. I was present all day at my home waiting for the package. I find myself having paid to receive the same service as the free service.

You are perfect I am satisfied except for two or three things like there is no tool provided which would have been nice and the shock absorber is empty it had no oil inside so it doesn't absorb very well.
