I will mainly note the delivery time where we waited almost 2 months. I had to call to find out when. It would be good to inform your customers of the delay, given the price of the motorcycle, it can be worrying. Then they called me to tell me they finally have the motorcycles, except there is a problem! Ah! We don't have the right color and the deco kit you ordered! Can we put you another color? Well, do I have a choice? No! So okay, let's go for red. It can happen but at least make a commercial gesture! Then the delivery was perfect, no problem with the delivery person and the appointment. And then my partner opens it and the motorcycle is a bit damaged, there is a dent on a rear fairing and the chain cover, the box was perfect so the motorcycle must have fallen before being put in the box! And it’s not the box that could have done that! Already I sent an email to customer service to tell them and at least make a gesture and well I have not received a response from them. So how can I say that waiting 2 months and also damaged at the price of the motorcycle, I am a bit disappointed! Maybe we should also wait two months for customer service! I will still finish with a positive note, the motorcycle is very good and runs super well. Not too hard to assemble with two, just make sure to break it in. And these parts! So I’m waiting to see what they will do about the dents!

I ordered a 250 ERZ Monster edition 2024, what a surprise when I saw my order blocked because there was no more blue Monster deco kit... Why leave it in stock? To sell the normal 250cc? Certainly! As for the delivery, well I received my order in almost 2 weeks! Scheduled for a Monday between 9 am and 12 pm, it will finally be rescheduled for a Tuesday between 9 am and noon to finally be received at 4 pm... I forgot to pick up my gift at the order (sticker or poster) but I was not offered any gift despite the 2100 euros spent, what a shame! Other than that, the motorcycle runs well and thankfully... I am a bit disappointed with the lack of professionalism and loyalty towards the customer. I was supposed to order a helmet, but I will go elsewhere, it's a shame.

I encountered an issue during the delivery of my package. I requested express delivery of a part because it was urgent. I paid €11.99 but I received it three days later.

I only give 4 stars because the delivery was not satisfactory. I paid for a 24h delivery, received in 3 days....

Very good site, very responsive staff, apart from the delivery. The delivery person drops the package in the yard without saying anything to anyone, enters the yard without me being aware.

The site is good, there are many references and a rather good customer service, but the parts are expensive and I find that they do not provide all the information well.

Order received complete and quickly, downside we had called an advisor to indicate the ideal part for the motorcycle, in the end it was not suitable. Parts returned.

Very satisfied but the free poster was missing

The site itself is great, the shipments are fast, but the quality is not top, I bought rims and had to use a grinder to remove the burrs and even then the new inner tubes I put in got punctured in two days, some threads that are messed up on brand new sprockets! In short, the quality is so-so.

Intake pipe joint received and fast delivery (but with 1 day delay than what was planned anyway).

The aviation sleeves are yellowed near the handle, (same as the first order) the poster as a gift is not present!

Plastic kit crf 50 conforms to the description and seems solid, however impossible to fix the front plate, after emailing the site no response. Lack of professionalism, too bad.

Hello I find it unacceptable to send me a complete rear wheel set (rim, tire, brake disc, crown) and that the rim is already heavily warped I would like to know how we return a package please

Very good I have everything I need to repair and at a very reasonable price but the free poster is missing from the package.

the rookie I ordered in February was clean but the gear selector is very very hard...

Nothing to say except that it needs to be specified a bit more, I ordered 1 pack of 2 wheel axles but I don't have the spacers that normally go with it

Everything is perfect, motorcycle crz erz 250 pro well received on 07/18/2024 with a chip on the top fork T and the fork protector plastic damaged scratched unfortunately the palette is broken and the iron corners surrounding the motorcycle were bent on the lower right side and finally received a good week after ordering, the 48/72h announced on their site is nonsense, don't dream the guys at least it's received not like some sites, anyway thanks minimx plus the gift offered sticker board it's almost perfect.

Regarding the ordered part, I have nothing to say... however I had it delivered in 24h/48h. And the delay was 60h after placing my order.... I regret the delivery with DPD....
