I did not receive the decoration kit, order placed on Tuesday, the carrier offered me a delivery on Monday, so the delivery time... 48h.. 72h..., I had to pick up my package from the carrier, and I didn't get the deco kit.. But it's not very serious it was free and we prefer it green. That's it otherwise good stuff, see you soon for other orders best regards.

I ordered a motorcycle on the 7th it was supposed to be delivered on the 11th and it has been more than 24h since it hasn't moved from Nice and no news I am therefore waiting for the delivery.

For the site and customer service, nothing to say. But the delivery part was quite catastrophic, the motorcycle was very delayed, we had to order another one instead. Wrong address given to the carrier, we had to go pick up the motorcycle ourselves. Anyway, a bit of a hassle.

The products are great however I was disappointed by the delivery, the delivery person didn't even ring the bell and dropped the package at a relay point over 3km away and not having a vehicle it was difficult for me to retrieve my packages over 25kg

Motorcycle received with the swingarm damaged yet very well packaged a problem for the fixation of a radiator vent and the fuel filter that leaks from the first use. Several emails sent to customer service without response from them I am still waiting.
