Hello, it's a pity that the stocks are not up to date on your site, and that you allow orders that ultimately will not be fulfilled. For my part, it seems like you are trying to sell a more expensive product to people so that they add a bit to get it. Some people save for months to buy what they dream of, and do not always have the means to add from their pocket, and they also buy according to their budget. The positive point is that the management must have felt that because a commercial gesture was made, I thank them for that, but sometimes you also have to listen to what people have to say and not just focus on sales.

I am quite unhappy because I bought an item of a certain value and I was charged almost 20 euros for shipping, I don't find that very commercial. I sent an email to report it and of course, no response, the customer service leaves much to be desired, it's a shame because the items sold are of very good quality.
