Did not want to change the tire size ordered by mistake. I called before the order was prepared and was told we can do nothing, you can refuse the package or send the tire back at your expense and you will be refunded within a maximum of 45 days. I admit I took it a bit badly especially the way it was said to me even if I can understand the complexity of my request during the Covid19 confinement.

I really don't like the fact that I can't prepare a cart in advance to order it later, as soon as I put items in my cart if I want to add one a week later before ordering I have to start over because the cart is not saved on my account big black mark for me which makes me take away 2 stars otherwise perfect for the rest fast delivery quality products lack a bit of availability on some products but satisfied overall if you can fix this cart problem I would recommend and change the rating given. Very good site for ordering, it's the delivery that posed a problem.... the order dates from February 9th I received it on the 13th... received 1 SMS on the 10th to say delivery on the 11th... then another on the 11th to postpone the delivery to the 12th... I waited all day to actually be delivered on the 13th... Not great at all

1st order missing metal clip for hose Noted 2 clips in the order.. 2nd order a chain kit sprocket crown, it was not noted the sprocket lock I ordered one and in fact if in the chain kits there is also the sprocket lock, result I have a sprocket lock that is useless... so quite mixed on my 2 orders.
