Small color error of my selector upon receipt of the package but quite quick return. The customer service is top-notch. The quality and finish of the cheaper parts sometimes leave something to be desired (first price throttle grip: I had to increase the diameter of my universal handlebar with tape to be able to tighten it. Well, a lot of things available but: the descriptions are poorly copied and pasted, the dimensions given in the title do not match the specifications. I find that the after-sales service is light, there are no real solutions provided to the problem; otherwise, a team is available to answer questions! The discount point system works so-so.

Just for the gift it was folded so the poster, since it is quite hard paper, has a big crease in the middle, too bad, might as well give stickers that fit in the shipping box, otherwise nothing to say, all the parts were super well.
