Average this time. An item was missing from the package and after numerous discussions with Minimx, there is still no shipment of my missing part after providing evidence. Annoying!

Lack of sizes for pants and t-shirts. No assembly instructions for motorcycles. Did not receive the gift that was offered to me.

Small issue with missing parts at delivery but resolved after a phone conversation with a manager who sent me the missing spark plug. Thank you for your understanding, your seriousness, and for being honest. Correct site, I recommend it cordially.

3 stars because lack of information on the items I ordered chain guide for my Apollo orion AGB37 it was noted fits all dirt-bike pit-bike but does not fit mine and engine guard received in poor condition and which also does not fit well, I received a small gesture of 4.90 euros in voucher for the damaged guard received but it lacks information on the items. Moreover, received wrong UNI air filter where it is noted Sold with a UNI FILTER sticker & its fixing collar and no sticker with it so return at their expense and new filter received without sticker too so I couldn't ride last weekend due to this error and now no gesture not even free stickers or anything else so 3 stars is average. Ordered in addition to the washing sock filter which tore on the first wash very very poor quality for the price and sand stop sock too small really too small so useless for the next order if I order from Minimx I will call to make sure the parts fit well when it is noted fits all pit-bike that's all otherwise we don't note that
