Very satisfied, very nice bike, runs very strong for a dirt bike, however after 2 outings of 30 min, 2 flat tires, inner tubes and poor quality tires, otherwise all good, very good delivery team, order made for parts also perfect, order with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed

Navigation on the site is very good, some descriptions and photos need to be reviewed I think on certain products, a bit disappointed with the offer at the end of the order, the gifts should match the order (500 euros of order and a small sticker offered) otherwise all the parts I ordered are fine, nothing to complain about

I give 4 stars for the price of the dirt and the fast shipping but still a small disappointment because at the time I ordered I asked customer service if the assembly instructions would be provided and they answered yes and upon opening my package nothing.. I then called and they told me it was surely an oversight and that I should contact customer service by email. Email sent no response so I had to call and they told me there was no manual for my model (kayo tt140) so I asked a question because I just had a doubt about the assembly but the person answered I don't know we don't know this bike... it's still a shame.. oh and I was missing my minimx sticker normally offered..
