Sadly one of the items that arrived was broken and my son was devastated. I hope I hear back from the store as I have emailed them to ask what can be done. Hopefully we can find a resolution as I know these things can happen.

I received my order after 3 weeks even though the site indicates express delivery in a few days for the UAE. However, I paid 20 euros in delivery costs. And what's more, the package was delivered to the post office on the other side of town and not to my home, so I had to drive 30 minutes to collect it. In short, in any case, delivery to the UAE is long, be aware of this because it is not indicated anywhere when you place your order.

My order had an expected range of delivery to May 5. On April 30 stopped getting updates. Did not get an update until May 6 and delivery was May 11 or 12. This date was past the event I needed this gift for so had to buy a substitute. Disappointed that delivery range was not accurate at all. Would not have purchased the puzzle if I had known it would be that late.

Defensive customer service. Returns paid by the customer even within Europe. Misleading website and size guides. 'Family concept store' gives an impression of friendly, helpful and a company where your purchase is valued by the retailer. My very first email was met with a 'nothing is our fault- we can prove it with CCTV' style response. I'll be avoiding the hassle of shopping with this shop in future.

Beware This website has false advertisement!!! I placed an order paid for expedited shipping and was left with NO package! I contacted the company and they have an ai robot replying to my messages and got absolutely NOTHING resolved!

I was told the order was going to be to me in January by the 26th and I did not receive the order until a whole week later so it wasn’t here in time for the baby shower🤣

Na zdjęciu skarpetki prezentują się znacznie lepiej cena (74 50 po 50% obniżce!!) również wskazuje że jest to towar wysokiej jakości. Tymczasem skarpetki jak skarpetki... materiał sztywny wyraźnie sztuczny nieprzyjemny w dotyku pompony przy (niewielkich jak na rozm. 2Y!) gabarytach skarpet - gigantyczne nie są kulami jak na zdjęciu tylko lichymi frędzelkami. Zdecydowanie nie wyglądają jak te na zdjęciu jestem rozczarowana jakością.
