This is my first time ordering from this company. I bought a fuzzy teddy bear style jacket, light brown with ladybugs. It is very nice! The material is good quality and the jacket keeps me warm in the cold and foggy and windy San Francisco weather. It did take more than two weeks to receive this item, shipping took a while. But happy with the product.

Absolutely the best customer service ever. I emailed customer service after placing my order to verify a correct shipping address. I received a response within a half hour on the weekend and then e-mail notifications all the way thru from order placed, in process, en route and how to track.
