This is my first time ordering from this company. I bought a fuzzy teddy bear style jacket, light brown with ladybugs. It is very nice! The material is good quality and the jacket keeps me warm in the cold and foggy and windy San Francisco weather. It did take more than two weeks to receive this item, shipping took a while. But happy with the product.

Absolutely the best customer service ever. I emailed customer service after placing my order to verify a correct shipping address. I received a response within a half hour on the weekend and then e-mail notifications all the way thru from order placed, in process, en route and how to track. Not to mention the fast delivery of amazing well packed products. Will definitely be placing more orders and recommending!

I live in Canada and I believe Miss Lemonade is in Poland. Considering the distance that my Jellycats had to travel the shipping time was amazing! Only 2 weeks(which included customs clearance).
