Goods in good condition, however the shipping is taking too long

Purchased Citron lunch box. Came very fast to Ireland. Tested it with dressing from the salad and it's very good no leaks!

I was so apprehensive when I first placed my order but let me tell you that I’m so pleased with the shipping experience and quality of my product!!! This is my first time ordering from this company. I bought a fuzzy teddy bear style jacket, light brown with ladybugs. It is very nice! The material is good quality and the jacket keeps me warm in the cold and foggy and windy San Francisco weather. It did take more than two weeks to receive this item, shipping took a while. But happy with the product.

I received a response within a half hour on the weekend and then e-mail notifications all the way thru from order placed, in process, en route and how to track.
