Defensive customer service. Returns paid by the customer even within Europe. Misleading website and size guides. 'Family concept store' gives an impression of friendly, helpful and a company where your purchase is valued by the retailer. My very first email was met with a 'nothing is our fault- we can prove it with CCTV' style response. I'll be avoiding the hassle of shopping with this shop in future.
Shoes were great but the product description online did not clearly state that the size 7s were children's 7s, not women's 7s (in the UK we use this sizing, so I had no idea what the European sizing was)! I have no use for children's size 7 shoes. Being a buyer in the UK I had no idea I had just purchased the items from POLAND and in order to return the item for a refund I would have to pay the higher postage cost to return it back to Poland!

I bought this doll for my 5 yo granddaughter and she love it! It smells so nice and is cuddly. She’s had the doll for over a year and it’s starting to show wear. I ordered another one and tucked it away, just in case it needs replaced.
