I bought an extendable Amalfi garden table. The delivery went well. The product packaging was intact. Upon unpacking, I discovered a leg, although very well protected, with a big scratch. I immediately sent an email to Mobellia who was very responsive and they sent me a new leg. The sliding part for the extensions is really practical, comfortable for my small back and makes the table efficient in the sense that people no longer have a table leg between their legs. We'll see over time for the mechanical part. In any case, very satisfied with Mobellia's customer service and the product!

Due to the bulky nature of your order, the transport required special logistical organization, different from our usual shipments, which unfortunately caused this delay. This does not excuse the delivery delay in any way, and we fully understand your disappointment.
On the other hand, we are surprised by your comment regarding a lack of respect from our customer service. Concerned about compensating for this inconvenience, we immediately made a commercial gesture towards you, which you accepted, and which led you to renew your trust in us for a second order.
