We received our Monte Carlo garden lounge 2-3 days after ordering and we are currently delighted with it. It is comfortable and the appearance is consistent with the photos on the site. We have only had it for 2 weeks so we will have to see how it ages over time.

Very disappointed by the quality and the lack of consensus from customer service. Unacceptable given the displayed prices. Claims to be a supplier of quality products but clearly not up to par. Many defects noted (poorly tapped holes, un-drilled legs, parasol leg color not true to the image on the website...). I will not buy from Mobellia again. Just a site with low-end Chinese products. To be avoided.

We indeed suffered an error from our manufacturer regarding the color of the legs of the parasol you ordered, independently of our will. However, we did our utmost to find a solution together to compensate for this inconvenience. That being said, this is not a defect but a color that differs. As for the poorly drilled legs, we are sincerely sorry and take note of your comment to further strengthen the control of our products. Finally, yes, some of our products are made in China, we do not hide this at all since the quality of the materials used, which we personally verify, justifies it. We have done everything to satisfy you despite the inconveniences you encountered and you now seem satisfied since you have kept the entirety of your order. You only had to put the product back in its original packaging, which is quite standard when ordering online. Unfortunately, these are the rare pitfalls of purchasing products online.
