Good morning. I have received the order very well, I have only seen some very small dents in the aluminum. But they are there. The packages are very well protected. I also ordered the furniture covers two weeks ago and I have not received a response on when I will receive them. Can you give me more information? Regards

very misleading thought you got the table and chairs, I thought I ordered 10 seater outside dining table and chairs and it was only the table delivered they should just show in the pictures just table without chairs, I paid £680 now just for a table, customer service is slow and emailed to change delivery address as it had my work down and not home address, didn't get changed and the table was delivered to my work address which I then had to get a van and get to my home address, as too big for a car, feel like the table is not worth that money, I only ordered as thought it was for the set, I now have to find 10 chairs to go with it, not happy at all and will cost to send back and no reply with emails so I'm stuck with it

Hello, the table I received is very nice when opening the package on the floor; however, at almost 100kg it was impossible for us to get it onto my terrace. The delivery person even had difficulty lowering the package without dropping it. So today, a week later, the package is still on the ground floor and I cannot use my table. I regret that this weight inconvenience was not prioritized because I would have bought a lighter model.
