We received our Monte Carlo garden lounge 2-3 days after ordering and we are currently delighted with it. It is comfortable and the appearance is consistent with the photos on the site. We have only had it for 2 weeks so we will have to see how it ages over time.

Given the price of my parasol, I expected to receive it without defects; it is damaged, rubbed on one part... frankly disappointed

Quality product but it's a shame the packaging isn't top-notch. During unpacking with the carrier, we noticed that several seats were a bit damaged at the top of the backs.. crushed tube caps.. The carrier took photos..
