Beautiful quality product, arrived more than quickly (1 day). However, a small downside on the delivery without an appointment made in advance, contrary to what was indicated: this forced us to urgently revise our schedule to be able to receive the package.

The table meets our expectations, the package was perfectly wrapped (table easy to assemble). The covers were not available and you have to pay for shipping again to have them delivered (Advice: contact customer service if you are in our case).

Everything went well.. a downside on a part that is being replaced.

My order 1 round Bali table and 6 Portofino chairs. Delivery without problems, items conform to the description. But 1 chair is wobbly. Reported the defect and sent photos. No response despite several follow-ups. This is not serious at all. I do not recommend

Hello, There are many bumps and impacts on the aluminum structure, especially on one post. I even took photos that I will send.

We are happy with the table and the living room. We have a deformed cushion due to a strap that was too tight in the box... The chairs seem light to see over time.

A return of packaging should be considered. Otherwise, nothing to say about the product.

Slightly damaged furniture (wobbly armchair) certainly during transport!

The site states delivery to your home and I had the delivery at the bottom of my building. Being alone, it was very complicated to carry the very heavy packages upstairs to my apartment.

Quality product in accordance with the description on the site and delivered quickly. Some scratches on one side of the table and poorly machined fixing holes that had to be redone. Very satisfied nonetheless with my purchase.

Quality to be verified over the long term.. Chic appearance but the screws for the backrests cannot all be fixed because the holes are not aligned. I would say that for the price, we expect custom work. The cushions slide, a Velcro system would have been needed to hold them. Otherwise, nice effect.

A plastic cap was missing on the top of a chair's backrest.

Beautiful design, however we are disappointed with the quality of the weaving which leaves something to be desired, the material is rough to the touch.

Quality product but it's a shame the packaging isn't top-notch. During unpacking with the carrier, we noticed that several seats were a bit damaged at the top of the backs.. crushed tube caps.. The carrier took photos..

I would have preferred a smaller table model but there was only this model, too bad. The lounge is very pretty.

Very nice garden lounge that matches the photos on the site. However, there are a few small manufacturing defects. The fabric of the covers is of low quality.

We are waiting for a response from customer service regarding a defective chair. Bad luck for our first order.

I am very happy with my purchases but a big downside on the delivery. Packages arrived open, unpleasant delivery people. It's a shame because it spoils a bit.

The ordered products (Elba garden lounge) are very beautiful. The delivery was extremely fast (3 days) and in impeccable packaging. You need to have two people at reception because the boxes are huge. However, the welds under the elements are a bit rough and the screw threads are not always well aligned with the legs to be screwed, which prevents them from being fixed properly. One of the legs of a chair holds with three screws instead of four and another broke during tightening due to the rough weld creating a leverage point. Another defect is a slightly dented part at the base of the coffee table, which was not well covered with paint due to the relief and it is really noticeable, so a return is requested for one leg and the coffee table. Finally, the arrangement of the cushions in the box means that one of the backs is a bit deformed at the top. Even if it doesn't deserve a return, this cushion is a bit sunken compared to the others and it shows. I hesitated to give 3 and 4 stars but it remains a beautiful garden lounge. I now hope that customer service will be as responsive as the high price paid for this set to adjust my rating.

We live on the 11th floor. It's very complicated with your delivery company. For future orders, we should find a company that delivers to our door with an elevator, even if it means paying a supplement. We will agree on that especially for heavy and bulky products. Thank you.

Problem with the IT of the Mobellia Company, I could not order from my PC and had to wait for the problem to be resolved. Then there was a misunderstanding regarding the VAT announcement.
