GOOD, BUT... beautiful set table and 6 chairs but despite perfect packaging, 3 out of 6 chairs received had defects in the paint, one of the 3 chairs had no paint at all in one spot, and the table top had some scratches. Commercial gesture granted after negotiation; mixed review;

The finishes are of poor quality. Badly placed labels. Very visible welds.

It is indeed possible, despite the strict controls carried out, that a label is not applied perfectly straight. However, we sent you a new table top to remedy this problem, and you thanked us for our efficiency. As for the finishes, these are welds that are hidden by the cushions and therefore do not affect the aesthetics of the product. The delivery people leave the package at the gate. When you are alone at home it is complicated. It would be good to offer an installation/assembly service (even for a fee) for customers who are alone or sick
