I was missing one of the washers from a screw that I had to go buy one. How can the cushion be cleaned? It doesn't have a zipper to remove the cover and wash it.

Cushions difficult to fit into the covers, I actually broke one zipper!

Good quality The transport was half a day late

The entire order meets our expectations, fast delivery, very courteous delivery person but alone to unload 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, and a table is a bit complicated especially for the sofa, luckily my partner was present to help.

The sepia color of the photo is completely different from the one received.

Product matches the description.. the problem: it is not specified that the cushions are not covered with the covers.. (delivered separately!).. big hassle to set up.. (3 hours!).. especially the armrests.

Really a great table. The table was delivered without notice. Luckily we were home. 2 drill holes were not so ideal - we still managed to get the screws in. All in all, a very good and fast processing.

Here is my Mobellia experience. I bought a Murano table 240x120 in May. I waited until June to open the box... and I discovered a huge impact. The company Mobellia accepted an exchange without any problem. A week later, I received the second table. This time I looked at the box before unloading. I noticed three holes, and through one of them... an impact on the top! I refused the table. I contacted Mobellia who accepted without any problem to send a third table! A week later I received the third table. I checked the box again... another hole through the box! The friendly and understanding delivery person agreed that I unpack the table! Yet another small impact on the top! Nevertheless, I accepted the table, tired of so many setbacks. Summary: beautiful table, impeccable customer service. But with too many intermediaries during deliveries, I would advise Mobellia to pack their tables much better.

Very aesthetic and comfortable living room. We will see in use regarding the durability of the cushions. Be careful, it takes two people to put on the cushion covers which are very fitted and difficult to put on. Kudos to the after-sales service, you were very responsive in sending us the 4 missing legs of one of the sofas. It's appreciated to have a person on the phone who addresses the problem immediately.

Easy order, quality product. Very fast delivery. Slight downside on the respect of the delivery slot but not Mobelia's fault.

No problem with the table but the box arrived damaged. The impacts received during transport bent a support bar of the extension. It doesn't seem to affect the functioning of the item but it's a shame that special attention is not given to the transport of this type of product.

Very beautiful Monte Carlo sofa, impeccable quality and great comfort, easy assembly, very well thought out packaging. The only downside is the delivery; the option for delivery into the room of your choice would be appreciated. I was alone and the delivery person left it on the street and not in the lobby of my building. I had to load the sofa into the back of my car to bring it up to my building, then unpack everything to be able to bring the sofa up to my apartment... when you pay a certain price for a sofa, the delivery should match the product sold.

The table is exactly what I needed, it's a hassle that the delivery was at street level. Carrying it up the stairs was a bit heavy.

Hello, the high table has no foot adjustment for uneven floors and is unstable because there are no control bars for spacing between the legs, the rest is perfect

Table received quickly, item easy to assemble and meets expectations, however the Mobelia logo is slightly crooked...too bad for the image.

The final delivery depends on what is in stock. If you order a product on "pre-order", it will be delivered with the products in stock... so longer waiting times. The delivery went well in Spain, ultimately but not without difficulty... no message from the carrier and no proactive information from the Mobellia headquarters. Fortunately, we have direct contact with the carrier. The products arrive .. and what a joy! It breathes "the quality of materials" "the ease of assembly" "the protection, the packaging of the products is perfect and safe"... A downside the "made in China" ... The small hassles of delivery are largely forgotten.

Hello, I did indeed receive the order, the products are of the expected quality but there are three defects that I reported, I am waiting for a response from Mobellia to make a definitive statement.

I like the style of the table and it seems sturdy, the chairs are comfortable and light.

The Amalfi table and the 10 Murano chairs are installed. Nice result and everything looks robust. To see later in daily maintenance

Pretty practical table, but one of the chairs is slightly stained and another has a dent on one of the legs
