Very fast shipping, careful packaging. The pair of Louboutins is magnificent. And I had made a mistake I had taken the pair in 38, I had left a little comment when ordering, so they could check if I had not made a mistake because I wanted them in 39. Well, they sent me an e-mail to tell me that I'd made a mistake and that they'd put me in size 39. So very reactive! On the other hand, if you check the size guide the 39 corresponds to a 38 IT, and when you order Louboutin you ask for the IT size. And so I had put 38 IT for it to be 39 FR. All's well that ends well. I'm delighted with my Louboutin pair.
