Boutique has knowingly shipped a defective item and is not aware of any blame. It is amazing that the seller also has no sense of guilt. Withheld is not a solution! The customer is simply deceived here and led around by the nose. Small tip: The truth makes you free.

The issue you are alluding to is a slight cut on the size label on the inside of the sweatshirt.
This is a very minor issue and it is impossible to give an additional discount for such an issue.
We have offered you a refund if the item has not been worn but you have declined this offer.
We have also offered you a discount on a possible future order.
