Products 5*, service 1*. MCB sells fabulous products, but for me, it clearly does not live up to the products sold. I find that they are far from pampering their customers, and they have a totally inappropriate stingy side when selling such products at such prices.

I appreciate your site and the wide choice of products offered. However, finalizing the order is really laborious, even discouraging because there are so many pages and especially, the indications are poorly readable, in italics and in very pale pink. I always have to try several times.. That's why sometimes I order elsewhere... Too bad because everything else is perfect.

Better navigation on PC than on the phone. Not enough zero waste products e.g. soaps and shampoos

Products as qualitative as they are expensive: a wide range of excellent quality products, however the price ranges vary very little and most products remain inaccessible for daily use. Delivery without signature and fast shipping are a real plus. The customer service is responsive and the answers to your questions on the site are very quick. Conclusion: with a generous cosmetic budget, this site allows you to treat yourself with products with impeccable compositions for you and for the environment!

I ordered during Black Friday and had a lot of trouble finalizing my order because the site was inaccessible. Moreover, I wanted to order a limited edition product and once I was able to access the site, it was no longer available.

Great site for purchasing high-end cosmetics. Be careful as exceptionally some products contain harmful ingredients in their composition, but that remains marginal. Check anyway. Customer contact and follow-up are really qualitative and accessible. It really makes a difference. The list of products is substantial without being overwhelming. I highly recommend it.

Good site with choice. For fans of natural products.

Disappointed, prices are much higher than on other sites. Product arrived without its cardboard packaging from the brand itself. One wonders if the product has already been opened. (Nothing to do with the post, it was in a shipping box) For the 30 euros difference with another site, I could have had a few more samples as well... (Product at 133 euros)

I am delighted to be able to shop through your e-shop. It completely meets my expectations in terms of organic cosmetics that are gentle on my skin. It also allows me to find new products, discover new brands, and discuss them with those around me :)

It would be really interesting if you expanded your brand offerings. Organic is losing some ground to Asian cosmetics, and more and more informed consumers... After a full switch to organic for me, I realized it wasn't necessarily the best strategy for my skin. It's also important to understand that chemical ingredients don't always mean harmful, and at the same time, natural ingredients can be irritating. I appreciate the informative aspect of your site but I sincerely think this kind of discourse should be present. Organic and natural are not systematically synonymous with better quality/tolerance or effectiveness. I really love organic cosmetics often for their sensory qualities and simplicity, but your discourse should be more sincere on the matter.
