Site just top-notch. Always incredible samples. One of the only sites that offers samples so generously and of such good quality even when you buy a product. So extremely rare!!!! SUMMARY: When positioning oneself in a luxury segment, one must offer luxury services. However, at MCB, I feel like I am granted the privilege of being allowed to shop with them, whereas it is the customer who grants them a privilege by shopping with them. I will never spend a dime at MCB again.

A few weeks ago, I suggested via email to MCB the addition of a nice new brand to their catalog, explaining why I liked these products. MCB has the right not to want to work with this brand, but politeness would have required them to respond to me (a simple acknowledgment would have sufficed), which they did not do.

MCB offers that your order be 'beautifully wrapped for gifting', except that it costs €3, even when your cart reaches €270 (!).

My recent order of €270 included 4 products, of which 3 were perishable: 1 [€94] was expired and 2 [€94+€39] were close to the expiration date. Admittedly, they refunded me for the expired product, but this should not happen, and they insisted that I could still use it, which I doubt (sunscreen). And a commercial gesture should apply to products close to the expiration date, unfortunately, this is not the case.

Despite a recent order of €270 (!), I could not combine the <€10 I had in my loyalty fund with the current offer (a €32 exfoliant offered for a purchase >€100).

Products 5*, service 1*. MCB sells fabulous products, but for me, it clearly does not live up to the products sold. I find that they are far from pampering their customers, and they have a totally inappropriate stingy side when selling such products at such prices.

The percentage of the purchase amount accumulated in loyalty points is low (4%), the loyalty fund is only valid for a short time (1 year), and each euro spent does not count (increments of €5).
