Before placing the order, I had asked if the refurbished PC was compatible with Windows Inside. The response from your customer service representative was positive, so I ordered this Dell Precision T 1700 computer. In fact, since the TPM 2.0 module is not installed, there is no possibility of installing Windows Inside. Hence my disappointment.

The hard drives have been delivered successfully, however, of the batch, 2 drives are defective: WD800JD-75HKA1-80GO and SSDSC2BF180A5L-180GO. Supplier Enomax has sent a replacement request with equivalent references. To date, no returns have been received from you. Could you please send me replacement drives of equivalent capacity and technology, at the same purchase price?
