Monsieur Cyberman consistently delivers fast delivery and reliable service, with many reviews noting quick shipping, smooth setup, and computers arriving well packaged and matching the description. Customers highlight concrete positives such as prompt, responsive support, helpful advice, and friendly, competent staff that guide choices and handle special requests successfully. The store also earns praise for reliable product compatibility and performance, including updates and upgrades, with repeated mentions of orders arriving on time and items functioning well upon receipt. Overall, buyers describe a trustworthy, top-rated shopping experience with strong packaging, accurate orders, and ongoing customer care.
This is my second order with this operator and I am satisfied, the only problem I have to point out is the delivery which was problematic with Colissimo which did not deliver to my home as planned, the delivery man just went by to leave a notice without ringing or phoning indicating that I was absent when I was present and I was even mobilized on purpose for two days waiting for the package.

Works perfectly even if the processor arrived a little dirty with thermal paste.

I should have given you 5 stars because your service has always been impeccable with responsive and responsible, albeit anonymous, representatives. I only regret that you did not respond when I asked for a "Dual Boot" for the installation, in addition to W10, with Windows 7, which is essential to be able to run old 16-bit programs, a service that could undoubtedly be valued .... Sincerely ***

It's true that it was a used cable, but of a level of cleanliness that leaves something to be desired, I was obliged to clean and disinfect it.

The photos of the product presentation did not correspond to the product received. Especially since the description did not mention it (I did not see any mention of non-contractual images)

Very fast delivery Perfect packaging Very surprised when installing the computer to find some keyboard keys at the bottom of the box. Fingernails (yes nail clippings) stuck in the keyboard. So I cleaned the keyboard and put back the 4 keys. Unfortunately several keys that were in place and not in the box do not work or very badly. So I bought a new keyboard. I hope this will be the only surprise I will have with the desktop computer I bought from you. Have a nice day

Order a desktop PC (screen + tower). Fast delivery. Very good condition but impossible to make it work because I received a hdmi cable to connect the screen and the tower. But no hdmi connection on the screen only VGA and Firewire. So I had to buy the cables. Finally wifi key included useless. It is so weak that it does not allow the connection in wifi. For the functioning of the PC itself, it is necessary to see with the use.

It would be interesting to add information on the condition of used products (as Amazon does with its reconditioned products) so that the customer can make an informed choice.

Do not send a computer that is the same size as the one you ordered and do not provide keyboards that are supposedly reconditioned or at least overhauled, dirtier and greasier than if they had not been checked.

Good products that you can't find everywhere else (reconditioned with old versions of Windows). Shipped very quickly. On the other hand, there is no possibility to choose the delivery method (for example in a relay). It will be Colissimo or...Colissimo. So, considering the value of the products, it will be against signature, it is necessary to be either unemployed or retired to be able to receive the package!

the envelope in which the memory sticks were located was much too fragile (many shocks were noticed on the "package") think of putting a bubble envelope for more protection.

I placed an order for an item with 2 units marked available. After accepting my order, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because the product was not available. Site not up to date, time wasted, no excuses. To flee.

I put three stars because I think it's a pity that the CPU is not better packaged, for example with bubble wrap and not with tape, even if it's repackaged
