Used computer delivered with operating system not activated and without activation key. I had to buy the bone, reinstall it and spend hours to find the drivers.

I bought a PC from you last week: the "PC DELL Optiplex 760 Sff Core 2 Duo E7400". After connecting it to my new Samsung monitor, I noticed that this PC does not recognize ANY peripheral: it does not recognize any of my mice, nor my keyboard! Worse, it does not recognize any USB key on which I could have installed drivers for my peripherals. The worst thing is that this happens to me when the company is closed for the vacations! I am dissatisfied with: 1) The cleaning: Dust and sheep clogging the central unit inside. Case to be cleaned again. 2) Missing an obstruction at the exit of the expansion slot. 3) Connections (USB in and out) are dirty. 4) The price increased by 50 euros a few days before my order. I am satisfied with the packaging.

Ordered "reconditioned" computer central unit. Product delivered in working condition (still happy) but very dirty (case, dust inside) and without even a power cable. I wonder what was reconditioned in there. Frankly, it doesn't make me want to buy it again.
