NULL service. HONEST to deliver a DELL product of February 2010 with big scratches and especially a loud noise of crecelle of the starting. I don't want any repair, no exchange. I want my money back immediately. We are at the limit ***, spearhead of some countries. What a great idea to refresh cheap PCs to reduce electronic waste because we don't all need a 4-core processor with super fast applications. I would have been able to add a, star if it wasn't for this problem on my payment. Please remember to communicate quickly with your customers. Correct delivery times
