for the purchase of two reconditioned computers, I benefited from a fast delivery time and an excellent and very protective packaging. One drawback: when ordering, after payment, the site does not immediately acknowledge receipt of the order. Hence the concern and the call from "Mr Cybermann".

the problem I encountered was that the product I ordered did not correspond at all to my search on the site

on the service there is nothing to complain about, the people are nice and dedicated. The used PC is clean and well reconditioned. on the other hand, I received a PC that does not have a webcam while the image they give on the site shows one. the PC I received must be a version of more than 4 years old and despite the additional RAM (8GB in all) it is slower than the one I had (identical but more recent) with 4GB. So on these points I am very disappointed.

Positive point: Extremely fast delivery (the box was a bit soft, this is due to the type of cardboard used, but it was very well "stuck". Negative point: The disks are packed in non-anti-static plastic, which can lead to an electro-static discharge when unpacking. This being said, the choice of bubble wrap allows to protect well from shocks

I bought a PC from you last week: the "PC DELL Optiplex 760 Sff Core 2 Duo E7400". After connecting it to my new Samsung monitor, I noticed that this PC does not recognize ANY peripheral: it does not recognize any of my mice, nor my keyboard! Worse, it does not recognize any USB key on which I could have installed drivers for my peripherals. The worst thing is that this happens to me when the company is closed for the vacations! I am disgusted !!!!!

On my first order, I note GOOD, because it is my first purchase at MONSIEUR CYBERMAN. My pc works very well, I can use my old software to recover old files I wanted to work on windows xp professional. thank you to them and I encourage them in their continuity.

Clear site. fast order, except the payment by CB which crashed without reason. But the 2nd try was positive. Fast delivery and the material works.

Fast shipping, delivery by post, well packed PC. The only drawback is that a little blow of the blower inside the PC would have been the least of things, the PC was quite dusty.

Mouse arrived 2 days later well packed and in good condition, remains to be seen how long it will last but in the meantime it is 4 stars I recommend!

NULL service. HONEST to deliver a DELL product of February 2010 with big scratches and especially a loud noise of crecelle of the starting. I don't want any repair, no exchange. I want my money back immediately. We are at the limit ***, spearhead of some countries. I sent *** back today by colissimo.I want my money back next week.I don't understand how *** can do your publicity.Faithful customer of *** for years I will be happy to tell them all the good I think of you. What a great idea to refresh cheap PCs to reduce electronic waste because we don't all need a 4-core processor with super fast applications. I would have been able to add a, star if it wasn't for this problem on my payment. Please remember to communicate quickly with your customers. Correct delivery times

Product not working and with dust.

And why not 5 stars? Because I am testing the second hand equipment, bought on this site, and I need the delay to be sure I made a good purchase. On the other hand, from a rather complicated problem (order made, debited, but not delivered and not appearing in the summary of my orders on the site) we ended up - in only 1 email! - to the expected professional solution: the product delivered, very quickly, without any suspicion towards the customer. So, my faith, exception or not, for my first order (and problem resolution) I say "Hats off to the Pro's". On the other hand, count on me to come back to the charge if the product fails or does not hold the road... (I will then test the SAV !). To be continued...

Serious and reactive supplier. The only thing I regret, as already specified in the previous order and which also explains the number of 4 stars only, the screens received are sticky due to the adhesive used for protection and packaging.

The equipment ordered was in good condition and the telephone contact was excellent.

4/5!!!! because no help from a technician to assist with the installation of the hardware. I received the material (hard disk) in a correct time. At the installation, the capacity of the disk is only of 2Go, whereas it must make 146Go. After exchanging via the contact form and trying to fix the problem, Mr Cyberman sent me another disk. Delivery within 2/3 days. At the installation, again a problem of size of the disk. New request to Mr Cyberman, very short answer, the defect does not come from the material but from my machine. I would have liked a technician to see with me to troubleshoot the problem. With the help of a friend, we managed to get the full size of the disk. Can do better for the customer service
