For the moment I have nothing to say about the PC. On the other hand, the scratched screen (without webcam and without speakers), the keyboard (without riser) are old and from another age and I'm sorry about that except for the mouse. For these little things I feel like I didn't get my money's worth. Yours truly ***.

Second order with this time a screen, keyboard and mouse. Unfortunately, the screen took a shock in the transport and is out of order. The keyboard has one foot less and the mouse is out of order. Good reaction and sending of the defective elements. The 2 CPUs work well, the new arrival is OK. For the price, very satisfied. OK for a next order...

Fast shipping.small drawback: CPU sent in a simple envelope followed by a letter, not great against possible shocks, a more protective packaging than a small antistatic bag would have been appreciated!

New and compliant product, shipped promptly in a neat package. Too bad the shipping costs are so high for a "worthless" product.

Even if we were unlucky with a first delivery badly handled by the carrier (everything out of order despite a very correct packaging) and a re-delivery with errors, I could appreciate the diligence, the quality of the reception and the competence of the people of the after-sales service. Thanks to them.

Error of material, in the preparation, although correctly written invoice, material delivered incompatible with the desired material, on the other hand order refunded whereas I wished only the exchange. Mail asking me to repeat my order. This last one was delivered in date and hour envisaged. I returned the material of my first order at my expense since I never received any return instructions.

Hello, the packaging needs to be revised. The package was completely torn off on one side. I had to buy a cord for the screen because the one that was delivered was not the right one. To see I have luck everything works

Hello, the management of the order and the delivery went well, but I was surprised by the quality of the product delivered. For a machine of this price, almost the current new price without 2 disks of 1TB and the 3 years of Dell, I have pocs on the case, and more serious, an important and very visible dust on the fans and surfaces. It seems that no control is made between the collection and the sale of the product. Hoping that it is exceptional, I probably fell on a bad batch.

I would have liked to leave a comment on your product except that I still have not received it although it should have been delivered 4 days ago. The delivery company is absent: they keep postponing the delivery date, exchanges with a voice mail or a virtual assistant! You should change delivery company...

I have indeed ordered 2 products that have still not been delivered. You mentioned a 48 hour delay on your website. I took the time to ask you about the reality of the delays, you maintained your announcement. Now we are on 15/12/19 and the devices ordered on 12/19 are still not delivered.
