Hello, the management of the order and the delivery went well, but I was surprised by the quality of the product delivered. For a machine of this price, almost the current new price without 2 disks of 1TB and the 3 years of Dell, I have pocs on the case, and more serious, an important and very visible dust on the fans and surfaces. It seems that no control is made between the collection and the sale of the product. Hoping that it is exceptional, I probably fell on a bad batch.

I would have liked to leave a comment on your product except that I still have not received it although it should have been delivered 4 days ago. The delivery company is absent: they keep postponing the delivery date, exchanges with a voice mail or a virtual assistant! You should change delivery company...

The HDD ordered works perfectly nothing to say. I remove stars because the order arrived incomplete. There is 1 item missing out of the 2 ordered.

Deadlines not met

Obviously for this price you can't have the top but the wifi card doesn't work and I had to connect with the network cable, the screen is very heavy and the CPU bulky. Nevertheless, I think that the computer will do its job. That's why I give it a pass!
