Shipping not very fast despite the extra charge for UPS: 5 days PC well packaged and in good condition but the wifi key provided with does not work and made me lose a lot of time, I tried all possible drivers recovered with another PC on the Internet to find that this key does not work at all. In addition, the Dell optiplex PC does not accept normal format cards, only very low ones that do not exist anymore, still disappointing but I should have looked for more before buying it. A very mixed experience and almost useless for me, a real waste of money, I will try to resell it at a low price without this stupid wifi key.

If the goods are in conformity, the announced delays were largely exceeded. I'm sorry I didn't provide any instructions for the device I received, but the delivery was very fast and efficient.

BIOS battery out -> send a new one. No battery for the RAID -> send one, but 3.60 tax on receipt by mail (insufficient postage). No screws provided to fix the HDDs in their cages (even if you ordered HDD and cages). Otherwise server identical to the ad, well restored, no dust, clean, 100% functional. SMART HDDs good. Not damaged, visually, almost new.

The tower arrived damaged, and there is not 250go but 74go so I am disappointed... I will not order from this site anymore.

General conditions of sale not respected. Delivery time of 6 working days instead of 4 days. No proposal of compensation, no "commercial gesture" proposed by Mr. Cyberman. Moreover, laptop delivered very dirty, no cleaning or insufficient cleaning before sending!

Very fast shipping. Unfortunately one product was defective. I contacted the after-sales service for an exchange who answered that the product had been damaged during transport. I am not an expert but I could clearly see traces of bumps and scratches that could not have occurred during transport (product wrapped in bubble wrap). I doubt the products are tested before shipping. 5 days since I sent back my product (and paid back the shipping costs) and no news....

The material is in conformity with the order, but it was not cleaned before shipping. Next time, please remember to blow your materials.

on the service there is nothing to complain about, the people are nice and dedicated. The used PC is clean and well reconditioned. on the other hand, I received a PC that does not have a webcam while the image they give on the site shows one. the PC I received must be a version of more than 4 years old and despite the additional RAM (8GB in all) it is slower than the one I had (identical but more recent) with 4GB. So on these points I am very disappointed.

I bought a PC from you last week: the "PC DELL Optiplex 760 Sff Core 2 Duo E7400". After connecting it to my new Samsung monitor, I noticed that this PC does not recognize ANY peripheral: it does not recognize any of my mice, nor my keyboard! Worse, it does not recognize any USB key on which I could have installed drivers for my peripherals. The worst thing is that this happens to me when the company is closed for the vacations! I am disgusted !!!!!

The postage was insufficient when I received my order. I had to add 2,10 euros. So beware of the attractive shipping costs.

Product not working and with dust.

Fast, careful shipping. Unfortunately the hardware did not exactly match the description: Firewire/USB box not working in Firewire because of an obsolete chipset with non-upgradeable firmware Prolific PL3507. I discovered that this problem was known, many sites report it, among others http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=680852. A return has been proposed to me, but considering the price of the port/item, I give up.
