The RAM stick that I ordered and received is not functional; it is 100% identical to the one I already have, but I could not install it because without this RAM, I cannot start my computer.

I made a purchase on the Rakuten site with the title: HP Elite 8200 SFF I7-2600 32 Go RAM SSD 1To DVD Burner W11 Wifi - Used desktop computers 225.00 € Used · Very Good Condition. Received my order with a different central unit in good physical condition but what about the hardware and software part. HP Elite 8200 Cpu: I7 4770S with Windows 11 version 23H2 The DVD drive is not a burner, the Windows 11 operating system expires in November 2025 and the update is impossible due to version 23H2. No activated license key (I had to buy one). I note that my purchase is valid for 3 weeks and then updates will no longer be made, so security and hacking issues will become omnipresent. Therefore, I request the sending of a central unit in very good condition, a DVD burner, 32 Go of RAM, 1 To and a processor functioning and compatible with a Windows 11 25 h2 system. After two emails that went unanswered, I capitulated and requested a refund. Oh miracle, after sending a 3rd email, I received an email to obtain the refund with the conditions for returning the central unit. So I take this as a lure to sell off stocks incompatible with the Windows upgrade. So yes, I am an angry customer, 225 € would have been wasted if I had not noticed this shameful wrongdoing and the lack of professionalism of Mr. Cyberman (a fictional species of cyborg robots from the last century). The question arises: should I alert the fraud service?

Apart from the fact that during the first order, DPD delivered me a completely damaged PC (they are known for this), the second order went normally. And when the Wifi key didn't work, Marley who knows the drill immediately sent me a replacement key. Change the delivery service!

PC in very good condition, received quickly. The VGA port was blocked (thus non-functional and the PC not fully compliant with the description). But customer service quickly sent an adapter to correct the non-compliance.

Shipping was great but bubble wrap would be welcome for the protection of my RAM stick during transport which almost ended up wet.

This seller doesn't even deserve a single star: error on the product shipped 3 times in a row... with a wait for the expiration of the 7-day no-response period before being able to return the item!!! At the height of incompetence.

Order placed on Wednesday, I paid for a delivery in 24/48H with UPS. The product arrived by colissimo on Monday. No response from customer service. It's a shame that you can't give 0.

Good quality material and fast delivery

Order well picked up at the store within the deadlines. PC configuration well respected. After testing at home, some display issues with 2 screens but quickly resolved thanks to the technician's responsiveness. So satisfied with the material and the service from Mr. Cyberman.

Fast shipping however: - no tracking of the received package to see the location of the package - packaging not satisfactory (normal envelope and a bit of bubble wrap around the product), the packaging was torn upon arrival

No response, card received not in its best shape, cannot calculate a 3D rendering and overheats
