Fast delivery except that the choice of the place of delivery was a little imposed to us (relay parcel why not, close OK but not easily accessible!)

Nothing to say about the equipment delivered (DELL central unit) in perfect condition and at an interesting price. On the other hand, the UPS delivery man is below everything for a big international box when it comes to the delay and especially on the tracking of the package; delivery announced on 15/07 then modified to 19/07, then finally delivered unexpectedly on 18/07, while I had just made a modification on the delivery address ... and who just announced that I could pick up my package at the relay center .....

Fair price, very fast delivery, well packaged. The equipment is clean, ready to go, with *** and *** installed. It is a good alternative for small and medium businesses that cannot invest in new equipment that will have almost the same lifespan (apart from the programmed obsolescence of operating systems ...).

Very reactive site and staff to listen in case of glitches. I had some problems with the delivery and the sales and technical service did the work very quickly. I have a lot of confidence in this Webmarchant.

At the level of the order no worries, commercial available, good advice. On the other hand, I placed my order last Wednesday morning, I asked for the deadline and was told 72 hours, today is Tuesday, and I still haven't received anything. I know that there was a holiday, but that's a very long time, and I'm stuck at home all day because ups gives me a time slot from 9am to 7pm.

Fast shipping! Slow carrier... Average for two reasons: - First order = The used power supply was not cleaned, lots of dust... - Second order = A RAM slot is broken! fortunately I would not need it but to open the cover and find a piece wandering in the tower is not good.

Perfect delivery but defective material (hard disk that beats like a metronome) so return shipping costs at my expense, lost time etc.

Great service, delivery a little long due to UPS, package very well done and computer nickel,, just a pixel bite on the screen but even on new it happens. This is my second purchase, I advise for the very reactive SAV ;)
