The hard drives have been delivered successfully, however, of the batch, 2 drives are defective: WD800JD-75HKA1-80GO and SSDSC2BF180A5L-180GO. Supplier Enomax has sent a replacement request with equivalent references. To date, no returns have been received from you. Could you please send me replacement drives of equivalent capacity and technology, at the same purchase price?

Correct price and service. Just one criticism about the protection of the item ordered, which could have done with a lot more care. All went well, so much the better. But when you consider how little care delivery services take with the objects they transport, the opposite could just as easily have happened.

The CPU arrived in a damaged state due to poor packaging. Due to the lack of padding, the product was wandering around in the box, causing the chassis to dent and become deformed. However, the after-sales service was responsive and offered a suitable solution.

Material conforms to my order, a screw is wandering in the pc but it has no impact for now. It's refurbished equipment, so that explains it... I had an ups delivery problem and I was afraid I wouldn't get my parcel one day, but it's all been sorted out! Apart from that, good service and powerful equipment for the price.
