What a great idea to refresh cheap PCs to reduce electronic waste because we don't all need a 4-core processor with super fast applications. I would have been able to add a, star if it wasn't for this problem on my payment. Please remember to communicate quickly with your customers. Correct delivery times

And why not 5 stars? Because I am testing the second hand equipment, bought on this site, and I need the delay to be sure I made a good purchase. On the other hand, from a rather complicated problem (order made, debited, but not delivered and not appearing in the summary of my orders on the site) we ended up - in only 1 email! - to the expected professional solution: the product delivered, very quickly, without any suspicion towards the customer. So, my faith, exception or not, for my first order (and problem resolution) I say "Hats off to the Pro's". On the other hand, count on me to come back to the charge if the product fails or does not hold the road... (I will then test the SAV !). To be continued...

Serious and reactive supplier. The only thing I regret, as already specified in the previous order and which also explains the number of 4 stars only, the screens received are sticky due to the adhesive used for protection and packaging.

The equipment ordered was in good condition and the telephone contact was excellent.

4/5!!!! because no help from a technician to assist with the installation of the hardware. I received the material (hard disk) in a correct time. At the installation, the capacity of the disk is only of 2Go, whereas it must make 146Go. After exchanging via the contact form and trying to fix the problem, Mr Cyberman sent me another disk. Delivery within 2/3 days. At the installation, again a problem of size of the disk. New request to Mr Cyberman, very short answer, the defect does not come from the material but from my machine. I would have liked a technician to see with me to troubleshoot the problem. With the help of a friend, we managed to get the full size of the disk. Can do better for the customer service

Fast, careful shipping. Unfortunately the hardware did not exactly match the description: Firewire/USB box not working in Firewire because of an obsolete chipset with non-upgradeable firmware Prolific PL3507. A return has been proposed to me, but considering the price of the port/item, I give up.

After an initial glitch on an order, the after-sales service corrected the error and offered compensation and prompt shipment according to my expectations. So a company that has a heart for customer relations and quality of service offered - which is not common these days. Just need to refine their ordering process to be perfect. Immediate and careful shipping. Very clean equipment (a desktop PC) inside and out. The installed system (Windows 7) is perfectly clean. Two drawbacks: the installed hard disk has already had many hours of use (verified by software), which is not serious considering the price of the set. I would have liked to install a new hard disk. Unfortunately, the Windows DVD corresponding to the license affixed to the case is not included in the shipment. So impossible to reformat. However an excellent value for money especially when you know the reliability of Dell equipment.
