Negative opinion because 1 First PC received did not work more than a few hours 2 After troubleshooting: same symptom 3 After returning and ordering another model, difficulty to get refund 4 New PC functional but not according to the description (smaller HD)

Hello, The package arrived safely. However, the keyboard was dirty. Lots of paper clips under the keys, lots of dust, bits of paper. A keyboard support is missing. I could not track my order.
I wanted a Samsung DDR2 memory strip of a specific model and found it at Mr Cyberman. I found the site interesting, the strip is as I expected, works well and the delivery is fast. I would just like to put a small downside on the packaging of this one which was directly in contact with adhesive paper, which is really not easy or pleasant to open upon receipt. Scotch tape...why not!...but after having protected the bar with ordinary paper would be much better!!! Nothing to say about the rest, everything is perfect!!! Thank you so much!!!

Computer as described, in good condition, I am very satisfied and I recommend Mr. Cyberman. Only one reservation: the USB wifi key did not work. I guess the PC had been tested but not the little key. I had another one in reserve so I installed mine without any difficulty.
