The hard drives have been delivered successfully, however, of the batch, 2 drives are defective: WD800JD-75HKA1-80GO and SSDSC2BF180A5L-180GO. Supplier Enomax has sent a replacement request with equivalent references. To date, no returns have been received from you. Could you please send me replacement drives of equivalent capacity and technology, at the same purchase price?

Correct price and service. Just one criticism about the protection of the item ordered, which could have done with a lot more care. All went well, so much the better. But when you consider how little care delivery services take with the objects they transport, the opposite could just as easily have happened.

I ordered two PCs from Mr Cyberman in the last few weeks. They meet our criteria perfectly. A suggestion (if it isn't already possible): offer a selection of apps, indispensable and utra-used software, in "safe", official, stable and profitable versions, and install them before shipping. I'm thinking of Office post 2013, Acdsee, Photoshop....
