I found flavors at Mulebar that I couldn't find anywhere else. They are very easy to digest, both in the bars and in the compotes. They accompany me on all my runs!!!

I have only experimented with the apricot energy bar for now and I am delighted! It doesn't make you thirsty. Easy to chew. I took it out while going downhill... it doesn't stick. Regarding the taste... I didn't have time to really appreciate it but it was okay. Delighted! Thank you for your involvement and professionalism.

Large variety of products, the tastes are good and no digestion problems! First use "test" of the compotes before/after a half-marathon and gels during, it's validated and I will now order again for a marathon. I recommend! 🙂

I never really paid attention to nutrition specific to training. Now I do, and it changes everything. For recovery, for the assimilation of training, and for the taste! I found my "Mulebar routine": for short sessions (around an hour) --> an energy bar 30 minutes before, and afterwards, recovery drink + protein bar; for long outings, the same before/after, and "during", I add --> hydration drink every 2 km and alternating bars + compotes every 30 minutes. With 40 to 50 euros per month all included, my training goes better, I recover faster. Haven't tested the supplements yet but that won't take long!

The only downside is the partnership with Mondial Relay, as they are not always available everywhere! Otherwise, I really love the compotes, especially chestnut which I just discovered, thank you!

Excellent product Exactly meets my needs

The compotes are more like gels than compotes. They are really very sweet and you have to take them with water for it to go down.
