One of the compote packages had a hole in it. Didn't come directly from your house but from a distributor. Otherwise, top products.

A little disappointed by the tube of gels which are not very practical to use because of the aluminium lid. Otherwise the products are excellent

The lid is to be removed before the start of your race or training and your problem is solved.
If you have a better solution to guarantee the conservation of the product and its inviolability do not hesitate to share it.

I received the goods shortly after placing the order. All the stuff were well-packed and in excellent condition. I have not used them yet. I had used the Mulebar gel (Apple) in the past on long distance runs (50k multiple times and 70k once) and found it to be stomach friendly and it kept my energy level. I like its taste - sweet but with a tad of savoury thus did not feel bland after long hours. However, the bottle was not quite sturdy. On one occasion, I dropped it accidentally and the rim of the bottle neck cracked. On another, I bumped it on a rock accidentally and its cap broke. On both occasions, the gel content leaked and my hands and my backpack became sticky and messy. Looking forward to trying the other tastes, e.g. lemon, salted caramel and coffee.

I don't know how to create products that can resist to crash again rocks. They are not design for that sorry.

I’ve ordered 2 boxes of the mulebar 15 mixed bars.. The bars I’ve used so far are very delicious. I expected a mix of all 11 different bar flavours, but sadly in the two boxes of 30 bars were only 6 out of the 11 flavours altogether. Two of the flavours that I really wanted to try out weren’t even amongst them.

I am fully satisfied with the products. On the other hand, the packaging needs to be reviewed, especially in view of the labels displayed (1 large box filled with paper for 2 boxes of bars, it's not great).

Thank you for this feedback Romain. Concerning the packaging, we unfortunately do not have all the sizes of boxes available for all types of orders. Breakages can also happen. Fortunately, cardboard and paper are recyclable.

The cap is what we like about our gels because it allows not only to consume the gel in several times, which is recommended, but also to close the tube once it is empty, to avoid that it leaks and that some people prefer to throw it away in the nature, as is still done by too many people with the classic tubes.
