Site/reactive people (quick sending, emails ...) I wanted to test a new brand because I have digestion problems on my trails from 40km I took the effort drink and compotes Unfortunately, it did not solve my problem I felt like vomiting during my trail preparation hike, starting from the 39th km I find the taste of the compotes not too bad but too intense and sweet (the salty food only tastes like salt) I find the taste of the effort drink pleasant

Response from Mulebar
Thank you Patrick. Sports nutrition, no matter how high quality, cannot solve all digestion problems that may have other causes?

Your purees are all excellent, super digestible and pleasant in taste. However, a bit disappointed with the two boost gels, the cherry one is not cherry and really gooey, and the lemon I find a bit sickening as well.

Quality products, not all tested yet. I use them for my work, as I work 12 hours straight. It gives a good boost. I imagine the other products in the range will have the same effects. Delivery is fast. In short, products that I highly recommend.

First of all, we, the athletes, look at what is inside. The amount of sugar in a fruit puree is okay for 1 hour of effort. The screw cap is convenient for putting back in the pocket after use. My favorite flavor is strawberry.

Top products. Fast delivery. Greg's responsiveness following a delivery in a relay package quickly changed to Colissimo for home delivery. It is easy to exchange with him and he is attentive. I love it.

Every month, it's now the ritual: a mixed pack of at least 30 bars. All the flavors are great, the texture is top-notch, and they hold up well with the current heat. I take one 30 minutes before each intense workout and one per hour on long outings. Thank you Mulebar!

50 grams of carbohydrates per hour that went down smoothly, from the first test, via the red fruit effort drink. A rather discreet taste that didn't make me feel sick. I recommend. Thank you Mulebar
