Fast delivery. I tried the sports drink during a trail run, as well as the coffee gel, the pineapple-coconut compote, and the chocolate-orange bar. I liked the drink because it wasn't too sweet. The downside of the gel is that you have to open it and remove the seal, which isn't always easy during exercise. If you plan to take some on a bike ride, it's better to open them beforehand; otherwise, it's great that you can reseal it. It's hard to know for now whether my sensitive stomach will tolerate this nutrition during longer efforts, such as a Half or Ironman. I'll test it.

I wanted to try the brand, as it’s interesting to find a French brand offering sports nutrition for endurance athletes, made from natural ingredients. I consumed these products during training and then during my first races. I recently completed my first marathon using Mulebar products: fruit purées, bars, gels, and sports drink. I’m very satisfied with the products on offer.

After two 1.5-hour workout sessions, I didn't experience any cramps or particular aches, so the product seems good to me. The taste isn't unpleasant.
