Energy and protein bars are very good! The compotes are good. As for the gels, I'm not a fan of the flavors and I find the container not easy to use when I'm cycling.

Very good product with good fruits and vegetables! Easy to transport and use. Convenient storage thanks to the label on the side of the box that identifies the product. Having a physical job, the energy compotes are very useful during a small dip in form or when the work is more intense (25 kg salt bag to handle during the winter period).
