I wanted to test a new brand because I have digestion problems on my trails from 40km I took the effort drink and compotes Unfortunately, it did not solve my problem I felt like vomiting during my trail preparation hike, starting from the 39th km I find the taste of the compotes not too bad but too intense and sweet (the salty food only tastes like salt) I find the taste of the effort drink pleasant
