Energy and protein bars are very good! The compotes are good. As for the gels, I'm not a fan of the flavors and I find the container not easy to use when I'm cycling.

Having a physical job, the energy compotes are very useful during a small dip in form or when the work is more intense (25 kg salt bag to handle during the winter period).
