Having a physical job, the energy compotes are very useful during a small dip in form or when the work is more intense (25 kg salt bag to handle during the winter period). Test of coffee and ginger lemon today. Both meet my expectations perfectly: a tangy and natural ginger lemon. A well-balanced coffee. Good reaction to the caffeine dose, seems effective on my body. To be followed with other flavors.

Tried yesterday, compotes and gels. Packaging in a bottle is perfect for me, gels are rather liquid which is great. The flavors are interesting, had a bit more trouble with the cherry. For a first try, no issues.
